I’ve been thinking about sleep a lot lately, mainly because I’m reading a book about fostering healthy sleep habits in babies and children. I would love to have a child that sleeps through the night, in her own bed, before one year of age, please.
Anyway, in that spirit, and because it’s cheat-with-links-Wednesday, I give you an article about sleeping on negative emotions:
Long story short, sleep appears to preserve rather than soften unhappy images, thoughts and feelings. All the more reason never to go to bed angry at your partner.
Also, anyone out there participating in any anti-SOPA activities on this day of Internet black outs? As I write this, it’s just past midnight on the 18th… Reddit is still operating for another seven hours, Wikipedia is already dark and I’m considering my options as a person who makes her living working freelance over the Internet.
